7. Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission permanently shut down its Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) on 20 July 2025. A link to that platform can therefore no longer be provided.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Consumers resident in the European Union can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence free of charge in the event of cross-border disputes (for Germany: European Consumer Centre Germany, Kehl).

 

8. Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
