2. Contract Formation & Made-to-Order Process

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email.

Our jewelry items are crafted on demand ("Made-to-Order"). Production starts after receipt of payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of statutory German VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Available payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna) are displayed during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

4. Sizing & Ring Fit

Please consult our official Ring Size Guide before placing an order. Because our wide-profile bands fit snugly, selecting the correct size according to our recommendations is essential. Resizing or exchanges due to incorrect sizing may incur handling or modification fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mantor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
