Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.

 

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email):

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Bespoke or personalized goods: Pieces custom-made to non-standard specifications, custom engravings, or individualized alloy combinations crafted exclusively upon individual customer instructions.

Standard catalog ring sizes (EU 54–72) remain eligible for returns within the 14-day statutory period, provided the item is in unworn, original condition.

 

4. Return Conditions & Process

  • Notification: Contact us at contact@mantor.shop within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, free of scratches, and in their original packaging including all certificates and boxes.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying direct return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
