Shipping policy

All Mantor jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted to order. Because each item is cast and finished specifically for you, production times apply prior to dispatch.

1. Production & Processing Times

• Made-to-Order Production: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for crafting, hallmarking, and finishing before your order is handed over to the courier.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched.
  
  

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from Germany. Once production is completed, estimated transit times are as follows:

• Germany: 2–4 business days (DHL / UPS)
• European Union (EU): 4–8 business days (DHL Standard / UPS Standard)
• Switzerland & UK: 5–10 business days (DHL International / UPS)
• Rest of the World (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 7–15 business days (DHL Express / UPS Worldwide)
  
  

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight. We provide insured and tracked shipping for all orders.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders delivered outside the European Union (such as the UK, Switzerland, USA, and other non-EU countries), any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us immediately at contact@mantor.shop.
